Skills: General marketing (my 9-5, but a different kind of marketing altogether). finding faster, better ways to do things, getting faster at putting LP's together, working with html, etc.
Your biggest weakness: Jumping from one campaign to the next. I have a bad habit of throwing tons of images at facebook and just throwing more shit if it doesnt stick without reflecting on my campaigns. Being part of this group and discussing facebook should force me to think about what I've learned from campaigns and be more scientific with my testing.
